Care Groups

Every church member is a part of a “group” that serves one another by providing anything that might be needed; especially in emergencies. Groups take turns organizing periodic fellowships for the congregation and within the groups, construct a prayer chain/phone tree; and ensure group members who are in the hospital, recently released from the hospital, sick, grieving, shut-in, or living alone are visited and provided meals if necessary. Each group has two leaders, and each group has its own color.

Small Groups are a vital part of the Bellevue Church of Christ. We gather weekly to study God’s Word, pray, fellowship and serve our local communities. It is our dream at the Bellevue Church of Christ that group members will connect to each other, learn from the Bible, and serve the community in which they live. That’s what Small Groups are really all about.

Small groups provide a unique space for the community. Small groups are where you can begin to know and care for a group of 6-12 people as you study the Bible and serve together. Small Groups have become a vital part of the Bellevue Church of Christ. We believe this brings home the new testament church as described biblically.
